As an integrative counsellor, I use different counselling approaches to tailor therapy to your individual personality, needs, and goals. Valuing your uniqueness, and how things feel to you, I have a genuine interest in understanding who you are and what you’ve been through. With each session, I bring humility, openness and my true self. I believe in the power of real connection and authentic relationships that help you feel supported and safe to explore your past experiences, current challenges, and future goals. Together, at your pace, we will work through your emotions and challenges to understand yourself more deeply, identify unhelpful patterns, and explore practical strategies to support healing and growth, both now and beyond therapy.
