So we're only allowed to get out of the house to get our daily dose of exercise.
How are you guys going to be achieving this? Going for a walk, a run or riding your bike?
How are you staying fit and healthy without having to leave your house?
I was in the garden running around with my son and crazy dog at 7.30 today, gonna be heading out for a run a bit later.
Let us know what you're up to so that we can motivate each other to keep going in the coming days and weeks.

We want to let all of our clients know that we will be here for you throughout this period of uncertainty. We are following government guidelines and training as usual but will of course let you know if anything changes. If you are self-isolating let us know and we will support you via calls and online training. Or, if you’d like some ideas on how to train at home while social distancing comment on this post and we will send you our home training programme.

Nice post from the guys at Accelerated Motion highlighting another great reason to keep up aerobic exercise throughout life.
Staying fit isn’t always easy but if you can make it enjoyable or focus on your why then you’re much more likely to get it done.
“Skeletal muscle of lifelong aerobic athletes resembles muscle of young subjects.” That sounds pretty good to me.
How are you gonna get your aerobic exercise today?
Walking the dog 🐕
Going for a run 🏃🏽‍♀️ 🏃🏽‍♂️
Riding a bike 🚲
Going for a swim 🏊‍♀️ 🏊🏻‍♂️

From our illustrious Hon Sec, JC:

Nuns try scorers Brown with 2, Nems and Cooper.

Superb victory against a good team at a fine venue.

Nuns went into half time 17-5 down after a difficult first half where Bromsgrove exploited their pace.

With 10 minutes to go Nuns were 24-8 down and seemingly out of the game.

Cheered on by the Saxons who had already won their game Nuns finished the game in blistering style to score 3 tries in 8 mins.

Our name says it all- ‘performance’. We will work with you to help you to achieve the performance you aspire to. Matt plays for but this off-season he’s training to be able to compete in the . We’ve worked with Matt to develop greater force output through the primary muscles needed to improve his rowing time. There has also been a focus on trunk stability to decrease risk of injury. Most people focus hard on their training but sometimes we can forget that we need to recover as well in order to fully benefit from that training. We like this graphic by showing where you should be focusing your main efforts to allow your body to recover. The 3 big rocks should always be Nutrition, Hydration and Sleep. Focus on getting these sorted and see how much better you feel as a result.
