* DEADLIFTS *

Anyone who does PT with me will know that deadlifts are one of the first exercises I will teach you, a movement which we have naturally been doing most of our life’s, when we bend down to pick something up/put down, which makes it a practical and functional exercise to add to your exercise routine.

Deadlifting with the wrong form can cause back problems, making it essential this exercise is preformed correctly and safely.

This is a great exercise that will hugely strengthen your back, hamstrings and glutes as well as improve your posture, increase your muscle mass and improve core stability.

I offer 1-1 Personal Training sessions from The Studio at No9 and from Pompey Health and Fitness Club.

I have started a new job which means my class timetable has had to have a little mix up.

I am very much missing spending my days hanging around upside down.

Aerial yoga has been one of my greatest loves since I found his practice 2 years ago, I’m missing it more and more every day and can’t wait to be able to share my love with you.

The hunt is still on for a location to be able to teach aerial yoga from. If anyone knows of somewhere suitable in the Waterlooville area please let me know 🙏

Come and join me in the garden for Hatha Yoga classes, every Wednesday through the summer.

Wednesday’s - 5.30pm - 6.30pm - £10.00 per class.

In Hatha yoga we smoothly transition from pose to pose, challenging your strength and flexibility, while at the same time focusing on breathing, relaxation and mindfulness.

*Please note you will need to bring your own mat.

*This class is outside so will be weather dependent.

Spending the morning working on my dolphin pose, preparing my body for forearm balances.

✅ Opens upper back and shoulders.
✅ Stretches hamstrings, calves and the arches of the feet.

Chair yoga is accessible for everybody especially if you are unable to get up and down to the floor and to those recovering from Illness or injury.
