* DEADLIFTS *
Anyone who does PT with me will know that deadlifts are one of the first exercises I will teach you, a movement which we have naturally been doing most of our life’s, when we bend down to pick something up/put down, which makes it a practical and functional exercise to add to your exercise routine.
Deadlifting with the wrong form can cause back problems, making it essential this exercise is preformed correctly and safely.
This is a great exercise that will hugely strengthen your back, hamstrings and glutes as well as improve your posture, increase your muscle mass and improve core stability.
