We had the loveliest time celebrating Christmas with our clients at our Watford Christmas party. There was plenty of singing, lots of laughter, a raffle, and of course some good food and drinks too!

Most of all, it was just really nice to spend time together, share stories and enjoy each other’s company — those moments of connection are what this time of year is all about.

We’re so proud to share that we have now successfully dropped off all the toys collected through our toy drive to Watford Foodbank and the West Hertfordshire Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust 💙

Thanks to the incredible generosity of our community, these toys will bring comfort, joy, and smiles to children and families who need it most—especially during what can be a challenging time. Seeing the impact of everyone’s kindness has been truly heartwarming.

A huge thank you to everyone who donated, shared our posts, helped organise, and supported this drive in any way. Your generosity has made a real difference, and we couldn’t have done this without you 🙏

We’re grateful to Watford Foodbank and the team at Watford General Hospital for the amazing work they do every day, and for allowing us to support them in this small but meaningful way.

We were delighted to attend the Mayor’s Watford Business Pledge Celebration this week — and even more proud to be recognised as an official Member of the Watford Business Pledge 💚

This acknowledgement reflects the heart of what we do: putting people first. From fair and inclusive recruitment to supporting our Care Professionals with guaranteed hours, ongoing development and above-Living-Wage pay, we’re committed to running a business that does right by both our team and our community.

The Assessor Panel also highlighted our charity fundraising, local sponsorships, community partnerships and growing sustainability efforts — including reducing paper use and exploring greener travel options like e-bikes. These are small but meaningful steps we’re excited to build on as we work towards Ambassador status.

A huge thank you to Watford & West Herts Chamber of Commerce - W3RT, Watford Council, Herts Growth Hub and Business Brainbox for the recognition and for bringing local organisations together to celebrate responsible business.
