I’ve been a little quiet on here, but for all the right reasons ✨

This past weekend has been beautifully full - holding space for new clients and witnessing some powerful breathwork journeys.
It’s truly been an honour.

Personal practice.

More than half way through training, and personal practice is more important than ever.

The stories we tell ourselves on a daily basis, sometimes consciously, sometimes completely unconsciously, shape the way our days, weeks, months and even years roll.

Although I’m training to hold space for you to explore your stories, it’s also super important to have someone hold space for mines.

Conscious Connected Breathing, in a nutshell:

It’s a guided breathing practice where the breath flows continuously - inhale into exhale, without long pauses in between.

That’s it.

But something powerful happens when we breathe this way.

Most of us breathe shallowly, especially when we’re stressed.
Over time, that keeps the body in survival mode.

When we consciously connect the breath:
🌿 The nervous system begins to regulate
🌿 Stored stress can start to release
🌿 The body feels safer
🌿 The mind becomes quieter

It’s not about forcing anything.
It’s not about “doing it right.”
It’s about allowing the body space to reset.
You stay aware. You stay in control. You’re guided the whole way.

And often, what people experience is:
More space.
More clarity.
More presence.

Simple. Natural. Powerful.

You don’t need Conscious Connected Breathwork if you already feel calm, grounded, and relaxed most of the time.

But if you:

• Feel constantly “on”
• Struggle to switch your mind off
• Carry tension in your chest, shoulders or jaw
• Feel emotionally overwhelmed more often than you’d like

You’re not broken and that’s not a personal flaw.

That’s a nervous system that’s been in stress mode for too long.

Most tools we use to manage stress and overwhelm focus on changing your thoughts.

Breathwork works with the body, not the mind.

Because stress isn’t just mental - it’s physiological.

When we breathe consciously, intentionally, we send signals of safety directly to the nervous system.

And the body can finally release what it’s been holding.

I'm Lynsey.
I'm training to become a certified Conscious Connected Breathwork Facilitator.

Breathwork has transformed my life in ways I can barely put into words.
It’s helped me release what I didn’t even realise I was holding, reconnect with myself, and step into a deeper sense of clarity and peace.

And now… I get to hold space for others to experience that too.
