I am a leaflet

I will be floating through your letterbox soon 📫.

At first glance you might think I am junk mail. I promise I won't be too offended.... but can I just ask you to consider a few things.

So far us leaflets have achieved some pretty amazing things. We've helped people take that often hard step into a friendly local group. That might not seem like much but when that small step leads to life changing events then WOW! 🎉

"What life changing events?" I hear you ask... well...

❤️ Becoming medication free after managing health conditions like high cholesterol, type 2 diabetes and high blood pressure

❤️ Being able to move more after reducing joint pain and using fewer painkillers

❤️ Improved fertility and babies being born! 😍

❤️ Improved sense of well being, personal growth and self-esteem

❤️ Meeting and making news friends. Being supported by people who understand

❤️ Families eating healthy meals together and children growing up in an environment where there is a healthy relationship with food

There are so many success stories in every group, it's so much more than 'just losing weight' 🙌 you could seriously prolong your life with quality, happy, active years!

So if I land on your door mat, just for a second think 🤔 I hope you can see that I am not just junk mail, I am an invitation to take that step to a healthier future. You might even enjoy it 😉 ❤️
