I’ve made some thoughtful changes to my treatment menu to make your booking experience clearer, simpler, and more tailored to you.

Going forward, you’ll begin by selecting your core treatment, then enhance it with optional add-ons depending on your needs and preferences. This allows you to fully customise your session while keeping everything easy to navigate.

The main treatments affected are:

* Classic Foot Reflexology

Step 1: Choose Your Core Treatment, e.g. 30, 60, or 90 minutes.

Step 2: Personalise with Add-Ons
You can now enhance your reflexology experience with the following options:

-Hot Stones (+15 minutes)
Formerly Hot Stone Sole Sanctuary
Enjoy the deeply relaxing benefits of warm basalt stones, which help to melt away muscular tension while supporting the body’s natural energy flow—encouraging a shift from negative to positive energy.

-Crystal Healing & Chakra Balance (+15 minutes)
Formerly Crystal Reflexology
Combines the healing warmth and the unique vibrational energy of crystals. This powerful pairing works on reflex points while helping to clear, balance, and awaken the 7 main chakras.

-AromaReflex – First Session (+15 minutes)
Create your own personalised aromatherapy blended lotion, carefully blended to support your individual reflexology goals and enhance your treatment outcomes. You'll also receive a 50ml jar of your unique blend to take home.

-AromaReflex – Follow-Up Sessions (no extra time)
Continue your journey using your bespoke blend, which you’ll also receive as a 50ml jar gift to use at home.
