🦶First Structural Reflexology Incoming!

I'm feeling equal parts nervous and excited as I prepare for my very first structural reflexology session today!

I’ve got my Brannock foot measuring device, foot ink pad (yes, I take footprints!), and treatment notes all ready to go. Structural Reflexology is a combination of reflexology, anatomy, physiology, and kinesiology that involves working local sites of muscle or ligament strain in the lower legs and feet to relieve tension in the whole body.

Today, on VE Day, we remember and honour the courage, sacrifice, and resilience of those who fought for peace and freedom. We can never understand what they went through.

Also I love all the effort people put into things like this knitted hat to help celebrate the day. Absolutely brilliant!
