I passed 🎉

I’m now a qualified Business Strategist.

Which makes me laugh slightly because I already have a Business Studies degree, used to teach Business, and have spent the last 15 years actually running businesses in the real world.

But here’s the difference…

Most people don’t struggle because they’re lazy or not capable.
They struggle because they either stay in mindset forever with no plan…
or they follow a plan that doesn’t fit them.

I’ve always helped women get out of their own way.
Now I also help them stop guessing what to do next.

So this officially adds proper strategy into my toolkit.
Not just motivation, not just healing, but clear direction and decisions that make business feel simpler.

Turns out aligned ambition works a lot better when it has a map.

This is really exciting!!

Next week I qualify as a Silent Counsellor, and I am genuinely so excited about this work.

Silent counselling is a gentle but powerful modality that works beyond talking. You do not need to relive your story, explain everything, or even know exactly what is wrong. The work happens quietly, energetically and safely, allowing the body and subconscious to release what words often cannot reach.

It can support things like:
• Anxiety and nervous system overwhelm
• Emotional blocks you cannot explain
• Trauma that feels stuck in the body
• Addictive patterns and compulsive behaviours
• Feeling disconnected, flat or lost
• Fear, self doubt and inner resistance

A few of you messaged me after yesterday’s video and said you’d love a written version, so I thought I’d share it here too

Writing always helps me settle my thoughts so this feels like a continuation rather than a repeat.

I was sitting in bed yesterday morning, still in my pyjamas, just thinking about what’s next for me.

I started doing a bit of a mental inventory of 2025. What it’s given me, what it’s stretched in me, what I’m leaving behind. And then I found myself drifting into what I can only describe as an inner preview of 2026.

And I can really feel that 2026 is going to be a big one. One of those years where things that haven’t quite made sense before suddenly start to line up.

I feel so bloody excited. Especially about what I’m creating around my new purpose project. It feels different. Quieter. More aligned.

While I was sitting with all of that, something really clear dropped in for me.

I’ve trained for years. I’ve invested a lot in my learning. I’m a qualified life coach, NLP Master Practitioner, Soma Breath practitioner, EFT and Matrix Reprinting hypnotherapist and many other qualifications Those things matter and I don’t dismiss them at all. They provide credibility, knowledge and structure.

But when I’m really honest, the biggest shifts I see in my clients don’t come from a technique or a qualification.

They come from my lived experience.

From trauma.
From addiction and recovery.
From losing myself and slowly finding my way back.
From the spiritual awakening that arrived when my life looked like it was falling apart.

I don’t see trauma as something to fix or get rid of. I see it as the starting point. The thing that cracked life open just enough to let something new in.

I see it again and again. People don’t go on to create beautiful, meaningful lives in spite of what they’ve been through. They create them because of it.

That pain mattered.
That awakening mattered.

This is where I know I do my best work. Helping people take that first awakening and actually do something with it. Helping them reconnect with their inner joy creator. Helping them trust themselves again. Helping them realise they’re not broken or behind.

And this is exactly what I’m building now. Something that feels really aligned with who I am today.

I’ve been thinking about starting something completely new for next year and I’d genuinely love your thoughts while I explore it.

As many of you know, I’ve spent a big part of my life in various types of traditional recovery… alcohol, food, co-dependency… and I’ve worked with hundreds of people to help them recover from these “addictions”.

But over the years I’ve realised that recovery is a much wider thing than people think.

Recovery can mean rebuilding after trauma.
Recovering from burnout or a major life change.
Recovering from heartbreak or losing yourself.
Recovering from illness or a difficult season of life.

I actually think recovery often begins with a tiny spiritual awakening you didn’t fully understand at the time, but it changed the way you see things in a profound way. A quiet little nudge that says “there’s more to life than this”.

For me, that small awakening is everything.
It flicks a switch inside you.
It changes how things feel and what makes sense anymore.
It nudges you to look at life differently.
And it’s usually the real beginning of the next chapter.

I feel really drawn to support women who are in this stage of recovering, rebuilding or awakening, and to help them turn their recovery into the foundation for a whole new level of clarity, confidence and spiritual growth. But before I shape anything properly, I’d genuinely love to hear your thoughts.

There’s absolutely no right or wrong answer.
I’m just listening, learning and trying to understand how this shows up for real women.

For a long time I was scared to believe I could have great things. I told myself not to get my hopes up, because if I wanted something and it didn’t happen I’d feel crushed.
So I stayed small. Safe. Hidden.

What I didn’t realise was that this fear was blocking the very things I was asking for.
When your energy is rooted in lack, the universe can only match that frequency.
That was my pattern for years. Wanting more, but expecting less.

Everything changed when I understood the deeper truth behind the Secret2Success pathway:

You can’t whole heartedly desire something that isn’t meant for you.
Your desires are not random.
They are guidance.
They are alignment.
They are your higher self showing you what is already within reach.
