By creating a safe space you can talk about what your concerns are and help you cope and feel better.

Day 4! Way to go, Ben! 🌟
You’ve already run 140km — an unbelievable achievement — and you’ve now raised enough to fund around 43 subsidised counselling sessions.
That’s 43 children, young people, adults or families who will get the mental health support they need because of your amazing determination.

🕺My goodness, what a night! Thank you, THANK YOU to everyone who made it such a resounding success!

The atmosphere at Bath Chapel Arts Centre was electric with so many happy faces brought together by such incredible team work from the brilliant Focus Counselling team.

From the moment our guests bought their ticket, they had already made a difference. They paid it forward for someone who needs counselling or mental health support but cannot afford it.

There are so many incredible people we want to thank for making the evening possible:

• All our incredibly kind and generous auction prize donors

• Richard Beauvoisin for his time and fantastic auctioneering expertise — all given so generously and completely free

• The astonishingly good and Stevie B and the Wonders, who DJ’d and performed for free and absolutely lit up the night

At the last count it looks like we have raised around £4,000!

Everyone who stood with Focus last night has now become part of the story —
part of the hope offered to people who feel hopeless,
part of the safety offered to people who feel unsafe,
part of the strength offered to people whose strength has gone.
