If you find yourself struggling to gain control of an unwanted habit that's holding you back from living the way you want, it might be helpful to know that the solution is held within your own subconscious mind. (And it's easier to resolve than you might think...)

Because with unwanted patterns of behaviours that you're unable to consciously control (eg, anxiety, binge-drinking or comfort-eating for instance), it's the ‘subconscious’ part of your mind that holds the key for you.

By working directly with your subconscious to resolve an issue, you can swiftly change the underlying beliefs and negative feelings that drive your unwanted habit.

Which means, quite simply, that you're able to regain control, and free yourself of your unhelpful habit more quickly than you expect.

Just a little reminder, especially when things are getting stressful in the run up to Christmas... please look after yourself. Because we can all find ourselves getting caught up with wanting things to be perfect for those we care about. But sometimes this can leave us feeling overwhelmed or more anxious than usual. So check in with yourself, notice how you're feeling and why, and then take steps to reduce any pressure you may be feeling. (TIP: It can be helpful to remind yourself that things don't have to be perfect.)
Be kind to yourself and remember that you matter just as much as anyone else... Wishing you a good week ahead 💕

Have you rested enough to do good work today? Because we can never be (or give) our best when we're tired, stressed or overwhelmed. It's so easy to think we need to 'earn' our rest, and yet it's vital to give ourselves time every week, when possible, to rest, relax and recharge. Only that way can you be sure you'll be ready to give your best at whatever you want or need to do. I hope you can make taking care of yourself a priority, because you matter. 💕

Did you know, the more that we focus on the good things that happen in our day or week, the more we actually start to notice good things happening? And the more grateful and positive we feel as a result?

So I'm going to do this in 2023 and look forward to being surprised at the end of the year by memories of lovely moments from throughout the year 🙏
