I am counsellor who offers face to face, online and telephone counselling. Following five years of training, I was awarded a Post Graduate Diploma with Merit in Gestalt Therapy Theory from London Metropolitan University and the Gestalt Centre. I also hold a Certificate in Humanistic Counselling and an Advanced Diploma in Professional Development. My main focus as a counsellor is to work with you to explore issues that you feel are holding you back from experiencing a fulfilled life. Together, we will look at the ways in which your experience of the world, relationships, career, past and present experiences are proving to be difficult and causing you difficulty. I offer fixed-term and open-ended counselling. Terms and conditions are discussed during the initial consultation – where I will be glad to answer any queries that you may have. Your counselling session will last 50 minutes and will take place on an agreed day and time each week. Initial consultation will cost £30

Sessions thereafter will cost £50

I can offer sessions at a lower rate for students and those who are either on a low income or unemployed. All of these issues can be discussed during the initial consultation.
