We’ll explore where that critical voice comes from, why it feels so familiar, and how to meet it with warmth and care instead of judgement. Through soft guided meditations, journaling and visualisations, you’ll begin to reconnect with the part of you that already knows your worth.

You’ll leave with simple tools to soothe your inner voice and make more space for kindness.

No experience of mindfulness or meditation necessary.

Last night I hosted a private sound bath for a group of six Mum’s from Droxford School. The theme was around the New Moon 🌙 and setting intentions for self-care.

We started with some ceremonial cacao and intention setting, went into a deep relaxation meditation, then the sound bath with crystal singing bowls, followed by a ‘coming round’ sharing with herbal teas and homemade yummy snacks ✨

The cost was £20 per person. The healing effects and feelings of serenity were priceless! 💰

Otherwise I offer a group sound healing class every other Thursday, where you can buy an individual ticker for £20.

All floor cushions, pillows, blankets, bolsters, eye pillows provided. Or there is an option to sit on a floor cushion, meditation stool or armchair 🧘🏻
