I feel so overwhelmed—in the best way—by reviews like this. It’s amazing to feel so appreciated and to see that all my hard work is truly making a difference. Helping people shift their mindset and heal from trauma and anxiety is one of the most rewarding things I’ve ever done. I’m just so grateful to be part of their journey.

I want to raise a bit of awareness about something that’s really close to my heart. The word anxiety — it’s a heavy one, isn’t it? Just hearing it can make us feel worse than we already do. It wraps us in stress, worry, fear — often over things completely out of our control. Sometimes, we don’t even know why we feel that way.

So here’s a thought: what if we changed the word?

Instead of saying 'I feel anxious,' what if we said I feel CURIOUS

Curious about what the day might bring. Curious about how we’ll grow through challenges. Curious about what’s going on in our minds, rather than afraid of it.

It’s just one word, but it completely shifts your mindset. Curiosity invites openness. It allows space to explore, to question, to face the day instead of fearing it. It transforms tension into possibility.

So I say — let’s ban the word anxiety from our households. Let’s live in curiosity. Let’s teach our children, our friends, even ourselves, that we can face the unknown with interest instead of fear.

Because sometimes, the only thing standing between fear and freedom… is a new way of thinking.
