We are completely blown away to share that our March and November 2026 Mind, Body, Spirit Festival events are now fully booked, with all stallholder and exhibitor spaces filled and no space left.

Thank you from the bottom of our hearts to everyone who has applied and continues to support these events - we truly couldn’t do this without you our amazing Exhibitors, Readers and Stallholders nor the amazing community near and far that come to visit on the day.

We are eternally grateful that these heart-led gatherings can continue, supporting people, connection, and community in the way they are meant to.

UPDATED DATES FOR MARCH AND APRIL AS BELOW....

HAVEN MONTHLY 'COMMUNITY CUPPA & CONNECTION' MEET UP

Beautiful souls, we are grateful for the feedback that you have enjoyed our monthly Haven 'Community Cuppa and Connection' mornings from 2024 so we will continue them for all in 2026.

Bay Cafe, part of the The Sand Project have kindly agreed to team up with us and let us run these mornings from their wonderful Cafe and space once again, and we are super grateful as its an amazing space, fab brews and yummy cake and menu choices at incredible prices.

The place really has the most perfect energy for our heart based meet ups and is literally 2 minutes walk from Worthing Seafront. Feeling so blessed and grateful. We are sure you will agreed when you get to experience it too.

The remaining dates set for 2026 so far are:

Friday 13th Feb 10am - 12 noon
Friday 6th Mar 10am - 12 noon
Friday 17th Apr 10am - 12 noon

Sakala Steyning is a beautiful physical shop nestled at 50 High Street, Steyning, but it is so much more than a store. Sakala is a way of life, a feeling, a community - and a bridge between cultures, hearts, and stories.

Every piece you see at Sakala has been lovingly sourced through a lifetime of travel to India by its founder, Helen. What makes Sakala so unique is the depth of care behind it - built on fair trade, trust, and long-standing personal relationships with local craftsmen and women in India.

These are not just suppliers, but friends. Each item carries a story, a lineage, and the hands and hearts of those who created it.
