Why SOUL PERFORM? The company was started by Clare and Mark to develop Clare’s passion for Functional Medicine, Physiotherapy, Physiology, Naturopathic Nutrition, Yoga and her own technique of PhysYoga®. Mark has encouraged the creation of SOUL PERFORM, after seeing the effects of Clare's practice firsthand. Having trained as a Physiotherapist and Yoga teacher too, the Functional Medicine philosophy resonated with him, particularly with its’ growing scientific backbone. Mark also loves meditation, feeling the benefits himself, and putting it into practice with his clients.
Functional Medicine considers food as medicine, and movement science on the body's physiology and systems as a whole. It integrates genetics, habits and lifestyle factors, delving into the root cause of why pathologies and symptoms present.
This provides advanced rehabilitation understanding and opportunities to optimise your health, instead of covering symptoms up with prolonged medication, or battling on regardless.
Both of Clare’s and Mark’s experiences with patients have shown them time and again that there are no substitutes for getting to the bottom of the real issue. More and more complex cases are therefore landing at their feet, unsure where else to turn, and desperate to get health. Our holistic approach allows you to take responsibility for your own future by empowering you. It helps you to not only recover from your injuries, but actually return feeling better in yourself; mind, body and soul!
