Leaning heavily on my own experience of 'what works for me', I aim to share my experienc and knowledge. For several years I have provided local Public Tai Chi/Chi Kung Classes [Afternoon Chi] localy as well as 'closed' sessions for local groups and charities. My main focus is 'Health Chi Kung' although I also offer 'Mindful i' [Mindfulness Meditation] and 'Everyday Relaxation'. Through this page I aim to:
1. keep you updated on my activities, Public and Closed.
2.Inform you of activities by others that you may be interested in [Contact me if you wish to promote your 'Wellbeing' activity].
3. Provide Links to resources that may benefit you.
