Today, we are pleased to share these heartwarming images of one of the amazing people we care for receiving their Christmas gift from our Clinical Lead, Sibo. Thank you Sibo you are a superstar! 🌠

As part of our festive celebrations, our team created personalised photobooks for two of the people in our care, using images captured throughout 2025 to reflect on their year. These gifts were very well received and provided a meaningful way to celebrate their journey.

“As 2025 draws to a close, I find myself looking back on a year that has been challenging as it has been rewarding. Our 2025 journey has been extraordinary. Our service has grown by an impressive 86%, successfully established our Supported Living Service and officially launched our CIW service in Wales.

Now, in the week before Christmas, our teams travel across the regions delivering gifts to the people we care for, our clients and dedicated care professionals.

💙 For those we care for, 'Thank you for inviting us into your lives and allowing us to deliver care in the way that matters most to you. Our commitment to helping you live your best life continues.' 💙

✨An organisation is only as strong as it’s people and the “Care First” attitude of our team is the heartbeat of this company. To every person who works as part of our team, I want to thank you personally - your talent and daily dedication continue to amaze me.

🎄🎄It’s ‘Day 8’ of our 12-Day Christmas Countdown!🎄🎄

We are delighted that we have chosen to support Homes4Heroes again this year, to ensure that we do all we can to meet our commitment to signing ‘The Armed Forces Covenant’ and by working with Homes4Heroes to help and support our veterans. We have pledged to support meals for 21 days for the 2025 festive season.

On we would like to introduce you to Louise who has been with us for just over a week as an Adult Clinical Lead. Louise had the best initiation to Care First 24 and joined us at our Christmas party on the 12th December! 🥳

Louise brings a wealth of experience - having started her career on a busy trauma and orthopedics ward; later moving to the neonatal unit; and then to adult ITU, before ultimately taking on a community-based role as a Complex Adult Clinical Lead.

She is recognised for many qualities, but the one that stands out is 👇

♦️Passion for delivering outstanding care in the community - stems from the belief that a patient’s journey doesn’t end in the hospital - it begins there.

♦️She will be also be appreciated for her resilience and attention to detail.

Louise loves travelling ✈️ and she is the 'organised friend' (which we all love having) who will plan the holiday and all you have to do is pack your passport! She also enjoys reading a good book, and if a great cup of coffee is involved, she will follow you anywhere!! ☕

🎄 Christmas Party Highlights – Day 5 of our Care First 24 Countdown! 🎄

We had a truly brilliant evening on Friday, 12th December, celebrating together at Westerham Golf Club - The company was wonderful, the food was delicious, and the festive fun lasted all night as we celebrated in style! 🥳🥂

A huge thank you to Westerham Golf Club, with a special shout-out to Gracie and Lucy, for their incredible help organising our party (no easy task!) and for delivering such a fantastic evening filled with great food and entertainment.
