The NEST

The NEST A safe space for parents and carers to enjoy time with their little people and find help and support, however that looks for you, if you need it.

This is a perinatal support group based in Westhoughton that supports parents and carers whatever the need. We can support people struggling with low moods, anxious thoughts, worries through pregnancy and beyond. We can signpost to other groups and agencies that can help with practical needs for you and your home. We want to tackle loneliness, help with mental health worries, helping with socialising and meeting new people or just bringing your friends along with you to encourage your journey with your baby and child. Our aim is to help your Nurturing journey with your baby and child, by Encouraging you with Support to help you Thrive.

If you are able to travel, this free event is one not to miss.
Every year, the Bolton NEWT team put together two spectacular events. The Halloween event brought in 400 people over two hours. They are expecting similar numbers over the two hours during this event. Its a come and go event and opens at 3pm and finishes around 5pm.
Come and see Santa and his elves and try your luck on the chocolate tombola (chargeable).
