As the weather transitions and the days become a bit chillier, finding moments of brightness becomes even more precious. Sunflowers have always been my favorite flowers – their vibrant hues and cheerful demeanor never fail to put a smile on my face.

In the midst of our busy lives, it’s crucial to pause and embrace the present moment. How often do you allow yourself to simply be, even for just a few minutes a day?
