From 1st April 2026, updated UK resuscitation and first aid practices, based on the 2025 RCUK Guidelines, will become mandatory for training and workplace qualifications.

All of our regulated first aid and CPR courses (such as First Aid at Work, Emergency First Aid, and CPR & AED) now feature the updated techniques.

Well, what a fantastic 48 hours it's been...

On Wednesday, we hosted the Great TAWG Bake Off, where Declan was crowned Star Baker for his show-stopping chocolate orange brownies 🏆 ⭐

Then yesterday, our team took things even further with a fantastic bake sale in Wetherby, serving up a delicious spread of homemade treats — all in support of our amazing charity partner, House Children's Hospice.

We are proud to announce that we raised a total of £252.02! 🎉

The results are in, the judges have made their minds up, and the Star Baker of The Great TAWG Bake Off is...Declan! 🏆⭐

His chocolate orange cookies were a huge success. And commiserations to Marie, who was the unlucky recipient of the Worst Baker wooden spoon.

Thank you to everybody who competed. And the good news is, we'll be selling the goodies, along with a host of other sweet and savoury treats in Wetherby tomorrow.

Today we’re celebrating Nutrition and Hydration Week the best way we know how… with the Great TAWG Bake Off 🧁🥧

Our star bakers have been hard at work, whipping, mixing, and the table is now packed with a seriously tempting spread of treats.

This Wednesday, our team members will be swapping keyboards for kitchen mixers as they take part in the Great TAWG Bake Off, raising money for Martin House Children's Hospice's Time to Give campaign. 🧁🍰

The event will take place during Nutrition and Hydration Week's Global Tea Party, making it the perfect opportunity for the team to come together over a cup of tea and a slice of something homemade, whilst spreading awareness and supporting a good cause.

There will also be a bake sale to follow on Thursday 19th March on Horsefair in Wetherby, with all proceeds going to Martin House. So if you're out and about, stop by for a treat.
