🌟 Sound Therapy with Tuning Forks is a lovely relaxing “sonic massage” for the whole being. Subtle sound waves envelope the body with vibrations gently bringing harmony and relaxation. Tuning into my intuition and guidance I remove unnecessary energy blockages in the chakras and body whilst using a combination of different sound frequencies to replenish and restore. I have a selection of different Tuning forks available depending on individual needs, some are used remotely like a wand and others are weighted and touch specific points on the body. Included in my kit I have the following Tuning forks to work with;

Om, weighted Om, 528hz, weighted 528hz, Divine God, Rythym of Gaia, Ganesh, weighted Violet ray Atlantis, Solfeggio scale which includes Pain, Wounding, Liberating guilt & fear, Changing situations, Miracles & Transformation, Connecting, Intuition, Returning to Spiritual Order, Completion. Applying this ancient system of healing we can improve many aspects of ourselves and our lives but most importantly we can regain a feeling of oneness, connecting us to our souls and the real essence of who we are, which is sometimes lost in this busy world we live in. It’s important now more than ever for us to bring ourselves into a place of harmony and peace.

🌟 Universal Soul Healing with Usui Reiki is a gentle hands on energy therapy, combining esoteric soul healing along side Reiki for deep healing. Focusing on the main Chakra points on the body, I can sense energy flow and blockages in the body bringing back balance and restoring the whole being on an energetic level. I use many different techniques including;
Auric field widening, fixing energy leaks, Radiatory healing, Split barrier healing, Colour healing, Magnetic healing, Touch healing and Reiki symbols, universal energy is channeled through the hands to the recipient and is felt by both the client and the healer. I occasionally include crystals, singing bowls and music in my sessions to create a relaxing atmosphere. Clients report feeling sleepy, relaxed, tingly sensations and heat amongst other mild responses. Sometimes a deep healing can occur which may result in a reaction whilst it is being worked through, these are usually mild and can last a few hours. Full support and confidentiality is given at all times.

I have been quiet on my here in recent months.
The truth is that I stopped doing my therapies and I have been focusing on myself. I needed to heal.

I have also been torn between doing my sessions and creating art. But I only have time and the energy for one.

This is what the last few years has taught me I have been trying to do and accomplish far too much which resulted in me feeling burnt out.
And when I finally let it all go I felt such a relief.

So now I am ready for following my passions once again, but this time I am focusing on Art. I strongly feel this is where my path is. And so I will be putting Sound and Energy Therapies on hold for the time being.

I will be back into it sometime in the future, holistic therapies and esoteric practices are a big part of who I am.

I am excited to create Art. And I can do Art that is spiritual and meaningful.
Art is also healing. I have so many plans and ideas where I create art that is channeling energy and frequency, that is within the perimeters of metaphysical expression.

I will be posting only on my art page and art instagram account.
