This kind of text from one of my older clients last week (who appreciates an easier for him home visit) makes me so happy - horrible sciatica pain sorted after a session of reflexology. 😊

I have a very exciting new venture starting in the next few weeks (more to come soon!), but I am still offering home visits for my elderly or house bound clients so please just ask.

Zoë's Story

I first discovered the healing powers of reflexology over 20 years ago through my Mum and Nan, who both swore by it. Curious to see what all the fuss was about, I went myself to receive help with my own health issues - and couldn't believe the results! I felt calmer, more balanced within myself and everything started settling down or some symptoms even disappearing.

I then moved to North Devon during the '90's from my home town of Dorchester. During this time away I heard that the clinical reflexologist who had helped me so much before was teaching a course at Weymouth college, Dorset. So, over 9 months in 2006, I would travel home on my one day off to attend her VTCT Level 3 reflexology and Anatomy & Physiology courses - proving my dedication to learn from the best and become highly trained in this wonderful discipline.
