I have a few last spaces available for baby massage and baby yoga starting this week in Whaley Bridge.
Baby massage is suitable for babies from newborn to a year, baby yoga is suitable for babies from 12 weeks.

Starting this Thursday 6th November at Whaley Bridge Uniting Church.

Buxton, wonderfully, is fully booked.

I was at work yesterday, working with premature babies and their amazing parents. So I didn’t have a chance to post on here about Donald Trump’s idiotic and quite frankly dangerous claim about paracetamol causing autism. I have so much to say about this that it would lead to a massive angry post!!So instead I’m going to leave this here. Please, please trust our Medicine and Healthcare regulatory Agency. Paracetamol IS safe in pregnancy. It DOES NOT cause autism.
Just remember, Trump once advised us to drink bleach to beat covid!

There is still time to book on to next week’s baby yoga courses. Baby yoga is a wonderful active course for you to attend with your baby when they are 12 weeks old or more. Classes run in Buxton and Whaley Bridge.

Wonderfully, all of my baby massage courses have filled for the new term. So I’m turning my attention to baby yoga. I always have more spaces available on these in September as a lot of babies age (or crawl!!) out of the class over the long summer.
Baby yoga is a wonderful active class for babies aged 12 weeks and up. There are exercises focused on improving strength, help with balance, increase spacial awareness and encourage movement. And that is just for your baby! For you there are gentle movements to help you start to regain your pelvic floor and abdominal muscles.
Come and start some gentle strengthening exercises and enjoy some wonderful, fun bonding time with your baby.
I have spaces in both my classes starting the week of the 15th September, in Buxton and Whaley Bridge. Please do get in contact for further information.

While we are all off having fun for the summer holidays, I am starting to think about my courses in September. Due to a change in my other job, more about that later, I am now only going to be able to teach on Mondays and Thursdays. I am sad to no longer be teaching in Glossop, but it’s not that far to Whaley from there.
My September courses will be starting on the 15th, to allow the schools to go back. Courses are already starting to fill so if you have had a little one recently please get in contact quickly to ensure you get a space.
