✨ Return to Rhythm ✨
Return to Rhythm is a gentle, immersive yoga and wellbeing workshop designed to bring you back into sync with your body, your breath, and the natural cycles around you.
In a world that often asks us to keep pushing forward, this session offers something different: a pause. A moment to slow down, regulate your nervous system, and reconnect with the rhythms we’re naturally part of, from the changing seasons and shifting light, to the phases of the moon and your own internal ebb and flow.
Together, we’ll begin to notice the subtle signs in nature; the temperature, the air, the energy of the season and use them as a guide to tune back into ourselves. Because your body already understands rhythm… sometimes it just needs space to remember.
Through a blend of guided breath, yoga and meditation, you’ll be supported to release tension, restore balance, and create space for clarity and calm.
This is not about performance or intensity - it’s about softening, listening, and allowing your body to move in a way that feels natural and supportive.
