Rachel Radiates - this is me!
Here’s a little bit more about my approach to Yoga and why I find it so empowering 🌅
“Here we return to what’s always been there — the wisdom of the body and the cycles of nature. This is a space for nervous system care, slow living, and seasonal self-connection.
Through yoga, ritual, and retreats, Rachel helps you regulate in tune with the natural rhythms around and within you — from circadian flow to moon phases and seasonal shifts.
Because when you move with the rhythm of life, healing isn’t forced — it’s remembered.
Rachel is a fully qualified 200 hour RYA approved Yoga Teacher based on the border of Worcestershire / Herefordshire, United Kingdom.
Rachel teaches weekly Vinyasa Flow Yoga, with an emphasis on letting go and helping you to live more in the now.
Trained at Soul Sanctuary Studios who fuse modern life psychology with ancient wisdom of Yoga aimed at personal empowerment.
Rachel has always loved Yoga on and off since her early twenties but it wasn’t until her forties when it became a lifeline. As an older mum with three young children and the symptoms of peri-menopause becoming a daily struggle, Rachel turned to her own Yoga practice and journey to give her the tools of cope with everyday life.
Her natural default is glass half full if not overflowing and to find joy in every day. Yoga reminds her who she is and she wants to help more people live this way.”
