Lots of options to join me this week🧘🏻‍♀️

Really appreciate you guys showing up for yourself which also helps me to offer all these lovely and different classes and workshops in the area.

In addition to my regular classes at the wonderful and it is an ‘Outdoor Yoga’ week at the stunning and the weather is looking ☀️ ☀️ ☀️
We are then finishing the week with a workshop I am so excited about sharing with you… ‘Return to Rhythm’ at the new Oak Barn studio at the beautiful .malvern

Return to Rhythm is a gentle, immersive yoga and wellbeing workshop designed to bring you back into sync with your body, your breath, and the natural cycles around you.

In a world that often asks us to keep pushing forward, this session offers something different: a pause. A moment to slow down, regulate your nervous system, and reconnect with the rhythms we’re naturally part of, from the changing seasons and shifting light, to the phases of the moon and your own internal ebb and flow.

Together, we’ll begin to notice the subtle signs in nature; the temperature, the air, the energy of the season and use them as a guide to tune back into ourselves. Because your body already understands rhythm… sometimes it just needs space to remember.

Through a blend of guided breath, yoga and meditation, you’ll be supported to release tension, restore balance, and create space for clarity and calm.

This is not about performance or intensity - it’s about softening, listening, and allowing your body to move in a way that feels natural and supportive.

✨ Expect:
• Gentle, grounding yoga suitable for all levels
• Breathwork to support circadian rhythm and nervous system regulation
• Guided meditation and deep rest
• Seasonal reflection inspired by the elements, moon cycles, and time of year

Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or simply in need of a reset, this workshop is an invitation to return to yourself, and to your rhythm.

Come out of fight and flight and into rest and digest. Modern life has us running on empty, trying to do it all, overwhelmed!!! We weren’t meant to live at this pace! Slow down, be present, focus inwards

All levels welcome. This is a mixed ability class. Beginners welcome. I will guide you through Vinyasa Flow Yoga but it is your practice to move and feel in your body. It’s your time. An hour just for you. Give yourself permission to come to Yoga.

As part of the ‘Festival of Blossom’ NT Brockhampton are inviting you to experience the blossom in a new way…

By practicing Yoga outdoors, immersed in the beautiful surroundings of the blossoming orchards 🌳🌸

Feeling sun on your face, the breeze on your skin, looking up at the expansive sky, the branches of the blossom trees - all of this add while taking part in a Yoga class. All levels welcome 😊

‘Take a Blooming Break’ the campaign that’s asking you stop for a moment and have break in nature 🌿

I was trying to get a good picture of my nails matching my yoga mat (thanks to the wonderful Kelly at in Suckley) 💅🏻 🧡

The photo isn’t brilliant but the nails gave me a a lovely little boost ✨ Just a reminder to look after yourself on and off the mat.

The pictures also got me thinking about ‘grounding’ what does it mean? I often say ground down through your hands or feet.

What is a grounding Yoga practice?

To me it is about rooting down towards the earth, feeling connected to nature. I visualise the roots of a tree. I think about how the roots can also look like the nervous system and how we all running around in fight and flight mode, or even stuck in freeze and how yoga helps us into rest and digest and how it all links together as one …

What does grounding mean to you? I’d love to know. Pop it in the comments if you’d like to share.

I often cue ‘feeling grounded’ in my classes. It is when we have a strong core / base / root that we feel safe. This also links in with the ‘chakras’ and the Root Chakra 🌀
