I have recently signed up to complete a course in Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Manipulation(IASTM)

I will have completed this course by early November.
I am hoping to find some volunteers to help me practice this technique before I offer it in my clinic full time.

People who offer will receive this treatment for free. However, you do need to have some sort of muscular pain, tendon pain, or lack of range in movement.

IASTM is a specific treatment to locate and treat soft tissue dysfunction with the use of tools. IASTM is often used to treat muscular skeletal conditions by applying friction type techniques across the skin. IASTM is a useful treatment type to effectively break down and release scar tissue restrictions.

Stiff neck?
Aching shoulders?

Try this upper trap release, so simple yet so effective🙌

📍 Use your thumb and first finger to grip the upper trap muscle.
📍 Squeeze the upper trap muscle (firmly) until it begins to release (slip out of your grip)
📍 Repeat this process 3-8 times to reduce stiffness and pain

⚠️This can be painful so work within you pain threshold
⚠️Oil the area for a more effective treatment
