I am a qualified sports massage therapist with 7 years of experience treating various body issues using various techniques. I am qualified sports massage therapist with 7 years of experience treating various body issues using various techniques such as deep tissue, soft tissue manipulation, MAT, MET, connective tissue release, myofascial release, trigger points. I am also qualified Pilates instructor and I offer advice on movement and exercise and 1-2-1 Pilates sessions to help with strengthening, mobility and prevention. Treatments:
