It's so nice when people give you feedback after a session Inner Harmony

Good Morning Tracy

A very big 'Thank You' for last nights session.
When I got home and during the night a lot of thinking,understanding and answering questions to myself happened. I do feel a bit lighter this morning and so far the hip pain has lifted and just a dull ache left at the base of my back x
