Hi All,

I hate to do this but due to a number of last minute cancellations and no shows I have had, I have made the decision to start taking deposits for all new bookings.

I understand things can happen which sometimes makes this unavoidable however I am running a small business that pays my bills so when last minute cancellations and no shows occur it affects my income.

If you do need to cancel or reschedule your appointment please give me as much notice as possible so I can rearrange or offer the slot to other clients. I will always try to accommodate where possible.

All the details regarding my updated policy are on the photo attached however if you have any queries regarding this please drop me a message.

✨GRASTON TOOL✨

AKA the Gua Shua tool or as many of my clients refer to it as the ‘knuckle duster’ 😂

So here’s the Grastol Tool explained…..

The Graston Tool is used to gently scrape the skin/muscles. This breaks down any underlying scar tissues or fascial restrictions usually associated with trauma to the soft tissues e.g. strained muscles, pulled ligaments or knots etc. When this tool is used, it stimulates the bodies normal inflammatory response and increases blood flow which helps to speed up the healing of tissues and relieves chronic tension.

It is also used to detect any restrictions or toxins within the muscles.

This isn’t a painful technique, however redness may be more apparent as we are increasing the blood flow to the surface of the skin.

So don’t be alarmed! The Grastol Tool comes with a number of benefits and I will only ever offer techniques that you will benefit from.
