I’ve felt a bit off this week with lots of headaches so I’ve been diffusing organic defence everyday to help with any lingering germs. This scent is really fresh too!

Its a cleansing blend of zesty lemongrass, purifying niaouli and naturally protective thyme. It is a natural alternative to harsh chemical disinfectants and room refreshers. It can be used either in a diffuser to purify the air or as a cleanser to sanitise surfaces, both of which help to support your body’s immune system 🙂

So once you have your basic routine sorted you can begin to think about the targeted products…..

Your skin will benefit highly from a weekly scrub to remove dead skin cells followed by a mask for your particular skins needs- hydration, purification, brightening etc.

Daily “extras” include things like eye creams, serums and oils. Again these should be chosen in relation to your specific skin concerns-anti ageing, hydrating, glow enhancing.

These products are best used in the evening on clean skin when they can be given time to be properly absorbed and work their magic.

I personally use them all! But swap them about depending on my skins needs.

Don’t forget your skin changes through out your cycle and therefore will benefit from different products week to week.

The basics…….

We all have different skincare routines. Some of us love to indulge in a pampering routine, others not so much!

But everyone should have the three basics- cleanser, toner, moisturiser.

These should be chosen according to your skin type, time restraints and personal preference on formulations.

Once you’ve got your basic routine sorted then you can think about adding in more targeted products eg exfoliators, masks, serums and eye creams.

It can be used in so many ways and a tiny bit goes a long way, it comes with its own Muslin cloth.

Personally I use it as a cleanser, a nourishing mask, a balm to use with my gua sha tool and an intensive treatment for any dry/cracked skin.

Back from a weekend in our caravan!

Loved how green our weekend home was 🌳listening to the birds 🕊lots of bunnies hopping about 🐇and even had a deer outside our caravan one morning 🦌

I had 4 kids and two dogs in tow so it wasn’t all calm and serene of course 🤪 but nature definitely helps 🥰
