CEA Counselling Services Limited I am a qualified counsellor, a clinical supervisor and a member of the British Association of Counse I work within the code of ethics laid down by the BACP.

I am a qualified counsellor and a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (www.BACP.co.uk). I will always work in the best way to suite you being open honest and transparent. As laid down in the BACP's guidelines for ongoing professional development, I have regular supervision. Examples of the approaches I use in an integrated way are: Person-Centred,Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT),Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT),Psychodynamic. I work on a one to one basis and provide a 30 min free consultation to see if I am the counsellor suitable for you.If I am the right person for you; it will feel right
Counselling is a very personal experience and the therapeutic relationship as unique and individual as any in life. Life events can often seem overwhelming affecting us, as individuals, in a wide variety of ways, such as through anxiety, frustration, regret, lack of motivation/direction and low self-esteem. Experiencing this can affect us negatively and affect quality of life for ourselves, friends and family. It may seem like a variety of areas of our life are affected, such as our health, family, relationships, education, work, money. If your desire to change how you think, behave and feel is great then change will occur and I as a qualified counsellor may be able to assist with this. I can offer understanding in a non-judgemental empathic and congruent way in a safe environment where you can explore your thoughts and feelings
