Why Yoga will NEVER be about a flat stomach because that’s just not what yoga is about.
Yoga isn’t a quick fix or a body-shaping tool — it’s a practice that helps you connect to yourself, build awareness, and find strength (inside and out).
Yes, your body might change when you practice regularly. You might feel stronger, more flexible, more confident in how you move — but that’s a side effect, not the goal.
When we reduce yoga to a way to “fix” our bodies, we completely miss its magic.
It’s not about shrinking yourself.
It’s about meeting yourself. 💛
Yoga reminds us that our worth was never tied to how our body looks — only to how we live, breathe, and show up in it.
