A bit of self love is sometimes all you need. Never feel guilty of taking time out for you.
Enjoy your day and keep spreading the ❤️
Valentine’s Day doesn’t have to be about having a boyfriend, girlfriend, or spouse.
It doesn’t have to be a day to remind you of what you don’t have.
It’s a day dedicated to love—
and you can 𝘤𝘩𝘰𝘰𝘴𝘦 what that means to you.
Choose to celebrate the love you have for your body.
Treat it right.
Reflect on your relationship with it.
Appreciate what it does for you.
Maybe you just welcomed a beautiful baby into this world.
Maybe it helped you run a marathon.
So, say “I love you” to your body—
for all the wonderful gifts it has given you.
Choose to celebrate the love you have for the person you’ve become.
Treat her right.
Reflect on your relationship with her.
Appreciate what you have.
Maybe you have 100 days of sobriety.
Maybe you have a job promotion in the works.
Maybe you’re getting the hang of this whole mom thing.
So, say “I love you” to the person you’ve become.
This person is still a work in progress—
but be proud of her.
Love should never be polarizing.
Celebrate all kinds of love—
because they’re all a lot of work but incredibly worth it.
But don’t forget about self-love,
the most important kind to show ourselves 𝘢𝘯𝘥 our children.
