All my clients kow my mantra is glowing skin starts within. There are so many fads, health gurus and over priced antiageing supplements in your face (pardon the pun) it can get confusing.
My advice...strip it back.Concentrate on a clean diet, good hydration, a consistent skincare routine and an occasional anti ageing skin treatment focusing on skin health, elasticty, collagen and fine lines. 🥰
