Today marks 3 years since we received our CQC registration happy birthday to Essential Homecare 🎉

What a journey it’s been. From day one, I started armed only with my uniform, ID badge, PPE, and a determination to deliver the highest standard of care… to the strong, respected service we’ve built today.

There have been highs and lows along the way, but through it all, one thing has never changed our commitment to doing the right thing for the people we care for.

This team has been built one great person at a time. Every single one of our staff have played a part in shaping who we are and what we stand for. The reputation we’ve earned together is something to be proud of and it continues to grow stronger every day.

I’m truly grateful to everyone who has been part of this journey so far. Thank you for your hard work, your compassion, and your belief in what we’re building.

Here’s to everything we’ve achieved… and everything still to come.

He’s also our Data Protection Officer and Safer Recruiting Ambassador, spotting challenges before they happen and making sure our clients and team are always safe and supported.
