Before joining the girls club I was very lost didn’t know what to do with myself then I met jess and found my passion for events and helping women!

EPiC MEN launches at Abram Community Centre, 7–9pm, and if you’ve been thinking about coming but feel a bit unsure, this part is for you.

Walking through the door can feel like the hardest step.
We absolutely get that. Truly.
So we’ve made it as easy and welcoming as possible.

When you arrive, you’ll be greeted with:
• A brew, biscuits, and a warm hello
• A relaxed space where you don’t have to talk if you don’t want to
• Simple activities and conversation starters to take the pressure off
• Men who are there for the same reason you are, to feel a little lighter

You won’t be put on the spot.
You won’t have to share anything personal.
You can just sit, listen, settle in, and take it at your own pace.

If life has been heavy, lonely, or overwhelming lately, this group is for you.
If you just want a safe place to breathe in the week, this group is for you too.

Come as you are. Leave feeling supported.
