We’re so excited to introduce a brand-new workshop that combines the best of both worlds: Yoga & Running 🧘♀️🏃♀️!
This workshop will leave you feeling stronger, more balanced, and deeply connected to your body.
Hayley is a personal trainer specialising in pre and postnatal exercise and nutrition. Driven by a passion for womens health and wellness, Hayley’s approach is rooted in promoting sustianable change and moving to feel good.
Emily is a Hatha Yoga teacher and personal trainer, with a background in Mental Health nursing. Emily has passion for self-care and wellnes, Emily believes yoga is for everyone and always looks to create a supportive and safe space.
What to Expect:
