✨ What an amazing HOG workshop we had! ✨

A morning filled with movement, breathwork, and deep relaxation followed, of course, by plenty of tea, chatter, and cake 🧘‍♀️☕🍰

Thank you to everyone who joined and brought such wonderful energy into the room. It was so lovely to see both familiar faces and new ones sharing the mats and creating such a calm, supportive atmosphere.

Workshops like this are a little reminder to slow down, recharge, and give yourself that much-needed time out 💜

Sometimes the most powerful part of Pilates isn’t just the movement, it’s the pause. The moment to breathe, reset, and let go.

“I had a very bad day and debated if I was able to come to class as I was quite stressed and upset. However, you said leave your day at the door and concentrate on the now with Pilates. ✨ Workshop Week is Coming Up ✨

We’ve got two fabulous one-off workshops next week and they’re open to everyone, whether you attend Pilates regularly or not!

📍 Willand Village Hall

🗓 Tuesday 2nd September | 9.30–11.30am
Stretch & Reset Workshop
A full-body morning of mobility, deep stretching and guided relaxation, the perfect post-summer reset before the busy autumn term begins.

🗓 Thursday 4th September | 9.30–11.30am
HOG Workshop
Using the HOG (hedgehog tool, think spiky ball meets foam roller), you’ll learn how to release tension and tight fascia, plus enjoy some well-deserved guided relaxation.

Both workshops finish with coffee and cake, of course 🫶

Spots are limited as our regular clients have had early access, so only a few spaces remain.
