Very excited to be packing for a weekend of intensive learning with Sally Kay at The Christie, studying her groundbreaking Reflexology Lymph Drainage (RLD) technique ✨

Originally developed to help reduce lymphoedema following breast cancer treatment, this gentle but effective technique can also be beneficial for a range of other (non-cancer related) autoimmune and inflammatory conditions.

This training is all about building on my existing knowledge and lymphatic protocols — deepening my understanding and learning new techniques to refine and strengthen what I already do.

I’m really looking forward to sharing more details about this fantastic treatment very soon.

✨ Today is World Menopause Day✨ – a day to raise awareness and support women through the many changes that come with perimenopause and menopause.

Earlier this year, I had the opportunity to complete advanced reflexology training with the brilliant Sally Earlam Reflexology , focusing specifically on techniques to support women during the menopause transition.

Reflexology can be a gentle, nurturing way to help ease a wide range of symptoms – including sleep issues, anxiety, low mood, and hot flushes – helping you feel more balanced and supported during this phase of life.

I am delighted to announce that Jessica Davison has successfully completed the Reflexology for Menopause advanced CPD training. This training equips her with specialised knowledge and techniques to provide enhanced support for women throughout menopause.

After a busy week I'm giving myself some TLC today, using a beautiful AcuPips rainbow ear seed on my Shenmen acupressure point-a brilliant balancing point for overall wellbeing. As well as some long overdue reflexology to support my hot flushes and anxiety.
