✨ Today is World Menopause Day✨ – a day to raise awareness and support women through the many changes that come with perimenopause and menopause.
Earlier this year, I had the opportunity to complete advanced reflexology training with the brilliant Sally Earlam Reflexology , focusing specifically on techniques to support women during the menopause transition.
Reflexology can be a gentle, nurturing way to help ease a wide range of symptoms – including sleep issues, anxiety, low mood, and hot flushes – helping you feel more balanced and supported during this phase of life.
