Red Clover (Trufolium pratense)
Red Clover has been used for centuries for various health conditions.
Today, it is often used to help relieve menopausal symptoms particular hot flushes and night sweats, often combined with other vitamins and minerals supplements in menopause as they can enhance each other,especially vitamin B6 and magnesium.
Red Clover is also beneficial for promoting hair and skin health.
