I've just had a wonderful girlie weekend with 2 fabulous ladies I've known forever. It was quieter than usual (ie, not quite as much booze!!) but we had such fun. Laughter really is the best medicine!! When was the last time you had a really, really good laugh?

Tonight we should be able to see the full Harvest Moon alongside a total lunar eclipse. As Earth’s shadow drifts across, the moon will deepen into a Blood Moon. In the UK, we should be able to see it from 19h33.

This moon is steeped in symbolism of abundance, gratitude, and preparation. It marks the transition from Summer to Autumn, a reminder to gather not only the harvest of the earth but also the fruits of our own efforts.

Eclipses are moments of transformation, endings, and new beginnings. The glow of the moon invites us to release what no longer serves us, making space for what will carry us through the darker months ahead.

Together, the Harvest Moon and Blood Moon create a potent time to reflect, give thanks, and prepare, both practically and spiritually, for the shift into Autumn’s embrace.
