WHY I LOVE REIKI!

Reiki has taught me that my body is something to be loved and be grateful for.

For years I wanted to be someone else (so much so that I wanted to change my name!) and I didn't give my body the love it deserved.

I used to think my body was a failure....affected by an inherited metabolic disease that made me ill and held me back as a child, too fat, too thin, a miscarriage that I was too ashamed to tell anyone about, a high risk pregnancy where I was told my body could go into labour at any point (again reinforcing my belief that my body wasn't good enough).

I felt like my body was punishing me.....in reality it was carrying me through my darkest days without question or doubt.

Reiki brought me back home to myself and back to my senses. I can clearly see now that my body is an incredible bit of kit....it's kept me alive through times of illness, grown three beautiful boys....and it continues to go on.

Reiki and the Emotion Code have helped clear my negative belief systems and I have a new found love for myself and my body.

A reiki healing is like filling yourself up with pure divine love and helps you see that your broken bits are not broken, they just need a little extra love and attention.

When something goes wrong in our body, it's an invitation to slow down and love it more than ever and ask what it needs. Our bodies deserve gratitude and to be looked after.
