I always say Pilates is a secret super power ! To the outsider it looks like we aren't moving much, but we really are, Pilates takes everyday movements, and breaks them down, isolating muscle groups, control our timing, our posture , our breath, creating time under tension for our muscles. 💪 once you've tried Pilates, and understood the methods and movements behind it, there's no looking back !! You will feel stronger, longer, leaner, moving better, improved posture, the list goes on and on .. and on 🟢
