Crow’s feet and tired-looking skin are often some of the first signs of ageing we notice, but the good news is that they can be treated beautifully with the right combination of science-backed treatments and medical-grade skincare.

In this case, we combined precise muscle-relaxing injections with a targeted skincare routine using Obagi’s 15% Vitamin C and Retinol. The result is smoother skin around the eyes, improved tone and texture, and that healthy, radiant glow that only comes from treating the skin at every level.
This approach isn’t about changing how you look - it’s about helping your skin look fresher, healthier and more luminous, in the most natural way possible.

If you’ve noticed fine lines or uneven texture and want to explore how a combined treatment plan could help, book a consultation via the link in my bio and let’s create a plan tailored to you 💌

Lip filler is one of the most misunderstood treatments in aesthetics. So many women I meet are curious about it - they’d love a little more definition, balance or softness - but they hold back because they’re scared of looking “done.” And honestly? I completely understand.

We’ve all seen the overfilled, unnatural results that flood social media, and they’ve given lip filler an unfair reputation. But that isn’t what good work looks like. In the right hands, lip filler can be subtle, refined and beautifully natural - the kind of tweak that enhances without changing who you are.

If you’ve ever thought about it but felt nervous, this is for you. Let’s clear up a few of the most common myths I hear in clinic, and talk about what lip filler can really do when it’s done properly ➡️

Your 50s are often the decade when everything starts to shift, sometimes all at once.

Hormones, collagen, skin texture, the way your face holds volume, even how your makeup sits. You wake up one morning and things just feel different.

It’s also the point where so many women tell me they finally want to do something, but they don’t know where to start. They want to look fresher, more lifted, more like themselves again, but without crossing that line into looking “done.”

The truth is, you don’t need everything. You just need the right things. Treatments that support your skin, strengthen your structure, and help you age well, gracefully, confidently, and naturally.

If I were in my 50s, these are exactly the treatments I’d be prioritising. Not to change how I look, but to keep my face supported, my skin healthy, and my confidence intact 👉🏼

There’s been a lot of talk lately about something called “Ozempic face”, and like most things in aesthetics, the reality is more nuanced than what you see online.

I’m seeing more women in clinic who’ve lost weight with GLP-1 medications like Ozempic or Wegovy, and while they feel better in their bodies, they’re often unsettled by how their face has changed.

The skin feels looser, the cheeks look flatter, and there’s a tiredness to the face that doesn’t match how they actually feel inside.

This isn’t about judgement, and it’s certainly not a reason to stop your progress. But it is something we need to talk about honestly.

This might surprise you, but I don’t treat everyone who walks through my clinic door. And that’s not because I’m being difficult, it’s because your face, your safety and your long-term results matter more to me than saying yes for the sake of it.

There’s a huge amount of pressure in aesthetics to do something. To walk out of every appointment with a tweakment, to keep up with what’s trending, or to “fix” something you’ve suddenly started noticing in the mirror.

But the truth is, good treatment isn’t about doing more. It’s about doing what’s right.

Sometimes, that means pressing pause. Sometimes it means guiding you towards something different, or nothing at all.

So, here are three honest reasons I might refuse to treat you, and why that’s always a decision made with care, integrity, and your best interests at heart 👉🏼

Been considering injectable treatments but aren’t quite sure where to start?

Maybe you’ve noticed changes in your face that make you look more tired than you feel, or you’ve seen friends having treatments and wondered whether it might be right for you too.

The truth is, stepping into the world of injectables can feel confusing. There’s a lot of information online, and even more misinformation. It’s easy to feel unsure about what’s safe, what’s effective, and how to get results that still look like you.

That’s why I wanted to share a few things I tell every patient before we even think about picking up a needle 👉🏼

Once you hit your 40s and 50s, ageing well starts to mean something different. It’s no longer about looking younger. It’s about looking like yourself, just more rested, more balanced, more well.

But with so many options out there, it’s easy to feel overwhelmed. Every week there’s a new product, a new tweakment, a new trend that promises to solve everything. The reality? Most of them don’t 🤷🏼‍♀️

If you’re anything like the women I treat, you’ve reached the point where you want to focus on what actually works, the things that are worth your time and energy.

These are the three things I come back to again and again. The things that matter most if you want skin that feels strong, healthy and supported through the changes that come with age. Not overdone. Not obvious. Just better 👉🏼

Let’s talk about one of the most common concerns I hear in clinic: those fine vertical lines above the mouth.

Often called “smoker’s lines” (even though most of the women I treat have never smoked), they can make lipstick bleed, change the shape of the lips, and create that slightly “tight” look that just doesn’t feel like you.

And here’s the truth - these lines are not just about the skin. They’re a combination of skin quality, muscle movement, and volume loss. So treating them properly means addressing all of those layers, not just one.

Depending on your individual needs, we might combine:

✨ Muscle-relaxing injections to soften the repetitive movement that deepens lines over time.
✨ Skin boosters or polynucleotides to improve hydration, elasticity and skin strength.
✨ Microneedling to stimulate collagen and smooth texture.
✨ And in some cases, a touch of filler - not to “plump” the lips, but to gently support the area and restore structure.

It’s never one-size-fits-all. The goal isn’t to erase every line (that’s what gives character and expression), but to soften, smooth and bring freshness back to an area that often gives away our age before anything else.

If this is an area that’s been bothering you, there are subtle, beautiful ways to improve it without losing your natural movement or expression.

Most of the women I treat already know they want to do something, they just don’t know what that something should be. And with so much information out there, it’s no wonder. One minute it’s all about filler, the next it’s skin boosters, then a new injectable trend pops up and everyone’s talking about that instead.

But the right treatment isn’t about what’s popular. It’s about what your skin actually needs. What’s going to give you the results you want, in the most natural and effective way.

It’s not about changing your face. It’s about treating the areas that are bothering you, restoring what’s been lost slowly over time, and bringing your skin back to life ✨️

So if you’re not quite sure where to begin, here’s a clear breakdown of some of the most effective skin-first treatments we offer in clinic, and how to know if they might be the right fit for you 👉🏼

Treating one area in isolation is rarely the answer.

Yes, we can plump lips. Yes, we can soften smile lines. But when we only focus on single areas, without looking at the rest of the face, we can actually end up drawing more attention to the very thing we’re trying to improve.

That’s why I talk so much about full face rejuvenation. It’s not about “more filler”, in fact, it's usually less. It’s about stepping back, seeing your face as a whole, and working in harmony with your natural structure. That’s how we keep you looking like you, just fresher, softer, and more confident.

Let’s talk about why full face rejuvenation leads to better, softer, longer-lasting results, and how it might be the thing that finally makes everything look and feel right 👉🏼

Your skin changes in your 40s. Not always overnight, but it happens. One day you look in the mirror and your face just feels different. The glow’s not there. Lines are starting to settle. Makeup sits differently. The same products you’ve used for years suddenly stop doing what they used to.

This is the point where I see a lot of women throwing money at skincare, hoping something sticks 💰️

But your skin at 40-plus needs a different approach. It’s reacting to shifts in hormones, stress, collagen loss and life. It doesn’t need more steps. It needs the right ones.

If you’re already doing tweakments or thinking about them, this is how you build a routine that works with them, not against them. And if you’re not having treatments, this is still the foundation your skin needs to age well and stay strong.

Let’s break it down properly. Simple, strategic, and backed by experience, not marketing 👉🏼
