Juggling your work, family, and life’s demands can make mornings, and life, feel heavier than they should.
Stress is one of the biggest threats to our health, affecting mood, energy, and how our brains function.
Cortisol, our body’s stress hormone, naturally spikes after waking, so for some, especially neurodiverse brains or those experiencing depression, this can make mornings feel even harder!
Please remember you’re not weak if you’re struggling, or overwhelmed by what’s going on.
Talking to a counsellor like me can lighten the load. I can be by your side, helping you navigate the way forward to better health and well being, to take practical steps, gain support, gently reshape any unhelpful habits, (we all have some!) and learn to love mornings again.
Let’s keep things in perspective…
