This week, I’ve been working with clients online and in person, we’ve been moving as well as talking, with stretching, rocking, breathing deeply, shaking, sighing, and laughing too.
Once the stress is gone, your body can stay on high alert for some time. Movement and mindful activity help your nervous system catch up and reset.
