Amanda Reed, 60.
Another difficult month to choose a winner from all our awesome members. However Amanda wins for all her hard work, consistency and positivity
Amanda joined last summer after realising her she was losing fitness and strength and was gaining weight.
She knew something needed to change….but also knew she needed the right kind of support and accountability to stay consistent, so joining a normal gym was pointless.
After hearing good things from a friend who was already training with us, she decided to give it a go.
Since then, Amanda has made some brilliant progress.
She’s:
✅Dropped a dress size�✅Strength & Fitness through the roof�✅ A neck and shoulder problem disappear �✅ Built a consistent training routine
One of the biggest changes for Amanda has simply been showing up regularly and staying consistent, which is never easy.
She loves the studios No - Diet approach and working on habits instead. She’s never felt like she was on a ‘Diet’
What’s especially impressive is that strength training was completely new to Amanda when she started. Like many people, she felt a little nervous at first.
Now she’s going from ‘strength to strength’ (literally)
Amanda summed it up best when she said she now feels like she has a workable plan towards a healthier future, with lots of support.
