Meet Ashley — 44, dog groomer, and single mum of two young boys.

Member Spotlight: Faye’s Journey 🌟

Before joining us, Faye (64, HR Manager) felt stuck.
She was putting on weight, uncomfortable in her own skin, and dreading the idea of doing something about it.

She worried she was “too fat” to start, that she’d make a fool of herself… and she hated the thought of going back to a typical gym.

Most people in their 40s, 50s, and 60s think they don’t have time to train.

I totally get that.
Life moves at a million miles an hour — and the older we get, the busier we get

The problem is, fitness has been sold as something that demands a big chunk of time to get any results…..

👉Leg day.
👉Arm day.
👉4 or 5 sessions a week.
👉60–90 minutes at a time.

That model might work if you’re in your 20s or 30s…
With endless energy, low stress, and very few responsibilities.

But for most adults?
Jobs. Families. Fatigue. Stress.

NO.

When training requires long sessions, loads of equipment, and perfect conditions,
it falls apart the moment real life gets in the way.

Here’s the reality:

You don’t need hours in the gym.
You don’t need loads of machines.
You don’t need complicated programs.

Strength isn’t built by doing more.
It’s built by doing what matters…..consistently.

A few focused movements.

💪 Meet Tim — 58, Semi-Retired, and 30kg Lighter

Last year, Tim went to a wedding…
When he saw the photos afterwards, he knew something had to change.
He didn’t feel good in his clothes, and what he was doing at the time clearly wasn’t working.

At almost 140kg, his fitness was low.
3 press-ups was a struggle.
Jogging for 5 minutes? Impossible.

Helen is 60…

…smashing 4 sets of 10 press-ups 💪🔥

When Helen joined us, she couldn’t do a single press-up.

Today, at 60 years old, she’s doing 4 sets of 10.
Strong. Confident. In control.

Most women start with less upper-body strength — that’s normal.
But that’s exactly why strength training is so important as we get older.
