Meet Ria, 44, stay-at-home parent

Like so many parents, Ria was busy running a home, looking after her son, and managing all the day-to-day juggle…
But in the process, she had no time for herself.

She turned to comfort eating, wasn’t exercising, and eventually reached the point where she said:

A Very inspiring member of the month.
Tim’s consistency focus and results have been amazing.

Tim joined The Better Body Studios in September after deciding he needed a long-term solution…..not another short-term diet.

At 56, Tim weighed 120kg (19 stone) with a BMI over 37. Years of dieting had led to the same cycle of weight loss and regain, and traditional gyms never felt like the right environment.

Tim wanted to lose weight, get fitter, and build habits he could actually maintain.

📉 Tim’s Results So Far

In just over five months:
✅32kg / 5 stone lost
✅Cholesterol and triglycerides back into normal ranges
✅31cm (12 inches) lost from his waist
✅Eight extra belt holes needed

Just as importantly, Tim feels fitter, stronger, and more confident day-to-day — and now genuinely enjoys exercise. He’s built better eating habits and feels happier in his own skin.

“It’s never too late to make a difference to your life — you just need the right environment.”

Tim says the studio is supportive, welcoming, and never intimidating. Small group sessions mean coaching is personal and tailored, while training alongside others provides motivation, accountability, and a strong sense of community.
