Clever Claudine!

She wasn’t going to write off November and December. She wanted to take focused action. And she did. And it paid off.

If you’re thinking there isn’t enough time, there is.

Loads of time.

Did Claudine lock herself away for 3 weeks? Refused any eating out, cancelled all social engagements?

Of course she didn’t! She’s got a life!

We are exactly one month away from the BIG day! 🎄

If it wasn’t for the Christmas decorations it would be easy to forget it’s so close where I am right now! Escaping the last bit of November in Tenerife.

My clients are currently practising excellent damage limitation. Managing Xmas events, cocktail parties, carol singing, Christmas fayres etc etc brilliantly!

It’s the days outside of the events that count. Eating and hydrating perfectly on the non event days really matter.

With that flurry of snow earlier, what better time to share our favourite winter warmer meals!

Rupert wasn’t sure about a new flavour of crisps today. 🧐

They weren’t in the usual colour bag.
They probably smelt different, he had a good sniff test to begin with!
Would he like them?!

Which reminds me a LOT of when I talk to clients about a different way of eating.

Lots of trepidation from them, initially.

Will they be able to swap rice for cauliflower or broccoli rice and still enjoy it with their chilli?

Will they be happy with butternut squash chips 🍟 with their steak and salad rather than potato?

Will a tray of roasted Mediterranean veg with their chicken be as nice as pasta?

You’ll be pleased to know that Rupert DID enjoy his crisps.

And you’ll be even more pleased to know that my clients ADORE my recipes and a different approach to meals.

It’s a mistake I’ve made too many times to count.

If you’ve worked with me in the last 3 years you have the option of doing a couple of booster/reset weeks or my 6 week Maintenance programme.

It could be the difference between fitting into that dress again for Christmas and/or feeling really rubbish!

I’ll be working right up to AND during Christmas.

It’s a tricky time. And I’m brilliant at supporting people through tricky times!

Proper, focused, mindful action.

If it all seems too much, insurmountable, start small.

Make sure you are well hydrated with at least 2.5 litres of water today.

And add colourful 🌈 vegetables to every meal you eat today.

Two actions, big benefits.
