Flu season is here and our vaccination numbers are lower than usual. With more infections already circulating, we are worried we may struggle to meet demand for appointments over the winter months. Eligible patients by getting your flu vaccine now you can help protect yourself and help reduce pressure on our clinical team helping to keep more appointments for those who need them most.

From October to March we can’t make enough vitamin D from sunlight, so to keep bones and muscles healthy, it’s best to take a daily 10 microgram supplement of vitamin D. You can get vitamin D from most pharmacies and retailers.
