We have CAMHS Nurse Drop in sessions coming up at the following Best Start Family Hubs

Wednesday 28 January 2026, 9.30am to 11.30am at Willington
Tuesday 3 February 2026, 9.30am to 11.30am at Wheatley Hill
Tuesday 3 February 2026, 1pm to 3pm at Bishop Auckland
Wednesday 11 February 2026, 12.30pm to 2.30pm at Stanley

These sessions may be useful if your child is struggling with:

🎈low confidence and self esteem
🎈low mood
🎈worrying and anxious feelings

The CAMHS nurse will not be able to give any updates on open cases and ongoing CAMHS work during these sessions. Any questions like this should be directed to the CAMHS team supporting your child.

Our next drop in at Wingate Community Centre is Monday 2nd February 10-12 🖊️ Our Social Prescribing Link Worker will be there fortnightly but you can still go along for free health checks, finance checks, gym access and chair exercise at 11am 💪
