Boxing Day Stretch Test! 🐴 After all the Christmas treats and perhaps a day off, are your horses feeling stiff?

Ask your horse for a gentle carrot stretch forward and low, and then to the side. If they are tight, stiff, or reluctant to perform the stretch, you know who to call in the New Year! 😉

Don't Ignore the Head Tilt. 🤯 If your horse consistently holds their head to one side, feels "sticky" on a rein, or seems unwilling to stretch equally, it's rarely just a training issue.
