This week is National Feet Week, a great reminder to prioritise your foot health.

If you had a problem with your vision, you’d visit an optician. So why treat foot pain any differently? If you’re experiencing discomfort or have any concerns, a podiatrist is the expert to see. They’re trained to diagnose and treat a wide range of foot conditions and can often resolve minor issues quickly before they become more serious.

Look after your feet!

Exercise is one of the most important things anyone diagnosed with cancer can do to enhance well-being and improve health outcomes both during and after treatment. Northwich 5K Your Way is a support group for anyone affected by cancer and they meet at the Northwich parkrun on the last Saturday of every month.

It’s a really relaxed walk at an easy pace — no rush, no pressure, just moving together — and then they meet up for coffee and cake afterwards, they’re always keen to welcome new faces.
